I would like to complete my collection. Can I buy single copies of the books?
You will be able to do so during the pledge manager phase. At that stage, single copies of all the items we have left will be available for purchase. Since some books are close to being out of stock, this is the only way we can make sure we don’t run out of them in the course of the campaign.

Certain rewards have two delivery waves. What does this mean?
“RPG” type rewards, indicated with a black heart, are for acquiring books from the Shadows of Esteren role-playing game series. They do not initially include the Dark Romanticism artbook. If you add it as an option, you will receive your rewards via two deliveries: one this summer for the role-playing books, the other on spring 2021 for the artbook. You can also choose to get everything on spring 2021 to save on shipping fees.

When will the PDFs be shipped?
All the PDFs related to “RPG” type rewards will be shipped right after the end of the Kickstarter campaign. The artbook’s PDF should be shipped toward the end of 2020.

Does the RPG reward tiers tagged with a *black heart* include the artbook ?
Rewards tagged with a black heart are related to the books of the Shadows of Esteren role-playing game series. They do not include the Dark Romanticism artbook, but you can add it as an option : +$20 for the PDF, +$35 for the standard edition (blue cover) and +$90 for the limited edition (red cover).

How to add options?
Click “Manage my pledge” and add the amount corresponding to your option. You don’t need to change your chosen reward tier; just edit the amount you are pledging in order to account for any add-ons you want. When we send you the survey at the end of the campaign, you will tell us what option(s) the extra amount is for.

I would like to add the Black Moon Handbook to my pledge, how can I do that ?
It is not possible at the moment because this book is out of stock. The very last copies are included in the $200 tier and the first four waves of All in.

What do All-in offers contain exactly ? What difference between the different all-in tiers?
The All-in tiers include all available books and accesories still available. This means that the content of the different All-in can vary depending on what is still available and what is sold out. The details of the content are in the description of the reward tier.

Does the All in reward tiers include all the optional purchases like the daols or the artbook?
This is not the case except the Occultism book for the three first All in tiers. Theses tiers already get a 50% discount, we can not do more. If you want an option (artbook, daols set, and so on), please add the amount to your pledge.

I have a core book in my reward tier and I would like the special edition with the cover of Yoann Lossel instead of the standard edition, is it possible?
Yes, you will be able to choose the version of your core book in the pledge manager. You can have the special edition at no additional cost. After all, it is thanks to all of you that we can produce it! Also, you can add $40 to your pledge to get both version.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
